Our web applications and software are guaranteed to run on the webservers or operating systems we recommend you to use. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after the files have been modified or third-party software has been installed.
Customer Support is about helping you to install, configure, and make small modifications to make the website app or software better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer free support for API integration, nor do we provide free support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your web application or software.
If you need any customizations for functionality not already provided with the web application or software you have to discuss with us and ask for paid support. We reserve the right to reject support requests for customizations we cannot offer.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions from 2.30 to 12.30 GMT.
Customer Support is provided only on the Pipsopedia Support Chat. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all the support questions in one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
It is our duty to always keep the software and web applications up-to-date and work with the latest stable version of operating systems and web servers. We always provide the minimum requirements for our products. If your configuration doesn’t match may have problems with some of the functionalities.
Our web applications have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 11 and above.
We recommend you to use our desktop software on Windows 10 64 bit operating system. Any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
If you have problems getting our software to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
