Absolutely! We provide support for all of our software. Support is provided via a ticket system from My Account->Submit Ticket, where we aim to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours. As support is provided directly by the software developers, there's no one better placed to help with your queries. (Our office hours are from 2.30 to 12.30 GMT.)
If you have problems getting our software to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. For more information please read our complete refund policy.
If you purchase an annual license, you'll have access to support and updates for 1 year. After that time if you'd like to continue to receive updates and access to support you can simply renew your license. If you choose not to renew your license, no problem, you can continue to use any software versions you've already downloaded forever. 
We currently complete all of our payments via PayPal. This allows for purchases either using a PayPal account or using credit / debit card.
