Latency arbitrage is a high-frequency trading strategy that allows traders to make instant profits by acting fast on opportunities presented by pricing inefficiencies between two brokers. This will enable you to trade against the slowest broker knowing the future price in advance, less than one second.
Realtime Arbitrage Viewer is a tool to visually compare which brokers have lower latency and can be used for a scalping/Arbitrage strategy.
It shows which brokers have the fastest data feed and which is the slowest. Just one look and you know if your broker is good or bad for your strategy.
It can save lots of your time if you check the latency manually or compare the data using the chart. This is a MUST-HAVE tool if you want to be successful in scalping of any kind.
How does It work?
Realtime Arbitrage Viewer shares the prices information to and from the IPC tunnel and displays all the prices on the chart within a few milliseconds. or the price feeds can be recorded as text files and viewed later.
You need to place the mql4 helper scripts and select the broker number in the MT4 platform you need to retrieve data and make sure that both symbols are identical, then you will be able to see the price data on the viewer. e.g. EURUSD and EURUSD.lmx will be fine. With the real-time viewing feature, you will be able to get data from four brokers. There is no limit when using the Offline feature.
